Oolong Tea

Between green and black, endlessly varied

Oolong is partially oxidised, sitting anywhere between a green and a black tea. Lightly oxidised oolongs are bright and floral; deeper, roasted styles turn toasty, honeyed and stone-fruited. Many are rolled into tight balls that unfurl over several infusions.
